Ploughmans CC is a cricket club that plays in the Surrey Cricket League, they wanted a new responsive website which they could add stats to themselves, Wordpress was of course the answer.
I installed a theme but the hard part was finding a plugin that could deliver what we needed for the stat sections, after much trial and error I found one that did the job but it wasn’t perfect and required a lot of HTML and CSS to fix the issues.
The original imagery I chose all had stadiums in their backgrounds, as they pretty much played on cricket fields I felt having stadiums in the background wasn’t appropriate so with a lot of Photoshop work I removed all these and replaced with a line of trees instead.
